Making A Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept credit/debit card payment in USA dollars. If your credit/debit card is not in USA dollars then your card issuing company will convert the transaction to your own currency.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Shipping And Handling

USA Delivery

Shipping can be charged to the customers courier account by selecting the courier firm in the 'My Account' area and then entering the courier account number.

Otherwise standard USA delivery is charged at $10.00 per order and the orders are shipped from our warehouse in New Jersey. Delivery times within the USA are usually 3 to 5 working days if we have your required size, colour and style in stock. 

Overnight delivery is not an option that is offered at the moment, but it can be arranged in some circumstances by contacting us.

Canada Delivery

Shipping can be charged to the customers courier account by selecting the courier firm in the 'My Account' area and then entering the courier account number.

Otherwise standard Canada delivery is charged at $10.00 per order and the orders are shipped from our warehouse in New Jersey. Delivery times within to Canada are usually 3 to 10 working days if we have your required size, colour and style in stock. 

Overnight delivery is not an option that is offered at the moment, but it can be arranged in some circumstances by contacting us.

Delivery Schedule

We will normally send your order to you the next business day, should the item ordered be out of stock, we will advise you and offer possible alternatives.

Credit Card Security

We accept secure online payments through an online payment gateway and take credit card security very seriously. 

Buyer account information such as credit/debit card numbers is transmitted using the latest encryption and is then always shielded behind the payment gateway. We do not store credit/debit card numbers.

TEG United Online Retail, LLC do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

Returns Criteria

This is a wholesale business to business website and as such we do not accept returns.
